99.9% SLA Guarantee
Available on Business+Contractual uptime guarantee with service credit compensation.
What It Does
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides a contractual guarantee of service availability. If we fail to meet our uptime commitment, you receive financial compensation in the form of service credits.
This isn't just a promise—it's a binding commitment backed by real accountability.
Our Commitment
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for the TPSCheck API, which means:
- Maximum of 43.8 minutes unplanned downtime per month
- Availability measured on API endpoint responsiveness
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance) are excluded from calculations
Service Credits
If we fall short of our uptime guarantee, you automatically qualify for service credits applied to your next billing cycle:
| Monthly Uptime | Credit Amount |
|---|---|
| 99.0% - 99.9% | 10% of monthly fee |
| 95.0% - 99.0% | 25% of monthly fee |
| Below 95.0% | 50% of monthly fee |
What's Not Covered
The SLA does not apply to downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance — We announce maintenance windows in advance via email and our status page
- Customer-side issues — Problems with your systems, network, or integration code
- Force majeure — Natural disasters, war, government actions, or other events beyond our control
- Third-party outages — Failures of upstream providers, internet backbone issues, or DNS problems outside our infrastructure
How to Claim
To request a service credit:
- Submit your claim within 30 days of the incident
- Include the date, time, and duration of the outage
- Provide any relevant error logs or screenshots
- Contact us at support@tpscheck.uk or through your account dashboard
We review all claims within 5 business days and apply credits to your next invoice.
Why It Matters
- Peace of mind — Your TPS compliance checks are business-critical. You need confidence that our service will be there when you need it.
- Financial accountability — We put our money where our mouth is. If we let you down, you don't pay full price.
- Commitment to reliability — An SLA isn't just a document—it's a reflection of how seriously we take our infrastructure and your trust.
Monitoring
Track our service status in real-time at status.tpscheck.uk
